Climate Change: it’s the one topic that everybody knows about but doesn’t feel like fixing. As experts have put it, it is one of the greatest threats to humanity. It is already having in impact around the globe. Why haven’t we done anything about it?

Story #2 Narrative

You can say I am just a bit nerdy. But the way that the internet has affected me is quite astounding. I really think that it is something I will do in the future. From web sites to full blown web applications, there’s no limit. I also think that I can use the internet, now, to define who I am as a person. By using social networks, you can develop a personal profile. That is, of course, if these sites aren’t blocked (censored!). The internet also allows me to achieve what my school calls a 21st Century Learner. By utilizing modern technoligies, we can get ready for the world and for our future/

A symbol of the future, global world.

I believe that I am quite a globalized citizen. This can been seen pretty easily through my last identity video and also simply by talking with me. I am Ready for the future by preparing for my future education and career path. I am almost certain of my major and what career choice I will make. I am also knowledgeable about what I will need when I am ready to join the workforce, or to redefine the regular work day. Simple tasks that you may overlook can also affect your personalty, such as choosing that salad over a greasy slice of pizza at lunch. If I wasn’t prepared for the future, I think I would have a chance to make it in the world.

For my Digital Story #2, I will be talking about how the internet has affect my life in such a substantial way. The internet is essential to be a modern citizen. It allows you to stay in “sync” with the world and modern culture. Since the world news moves at a mile a minute, you need to be up to date at all times.

It allows me to see how I can use Technology efficiently.

This video has made me realize that I need to focus more on my academic work and to put aside unimportant thinks, like hacking my school network or making fun of csihighschool.org. I really hope that by the end of the semester, this will change.

This video allows me to see how I have become a Global Thinker and an Effective User of Technology. I use technology everyday for productive purposes. I also have the ability to see the international view of an issue or a controversial topic.
